We have coached over 10,000 law enforcement personnel in 5 states with the Bhramari Program, and 10 schools have incorporated the URJA program into their curriculum, with nearly 100 teachers undergoing certification. We have also created The Run, engaging thousands of community participants. Our mission is to serve the world with universal energy and rhythm. Our programs are inspired by ancient practices, blending modern science, curated music, and CSR backed by reputed organizations like Bajaj Capital and PSUs. They are designed to be simple, fun, and engaging and can help transform your life. Since 2014, we have been energizing communities with our unique lifestyle offerings. In collaboration with NHRD, we built the country’s first wellness index recognized by the state government.
Role Overview:
We are expanding our presence across multiple states in India and looking for dedicated Lifestyle Coaches to join our dynamic team. As an aspiring Lifestyle Coach, you will undergo a 90-day apprenticeship program from The Urja Academy TUA to learn about The Anchor Practice TAP™ movement, intuitive nutrition, and somatic recovery practices and gain insights into our business operations. After completing the program successfully, you will lead group coaching sessions for police and paramilitary personnel in Karnataka and other states. We are excited to have you on board to impact people’s lives positively.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess experience in dance movement, wellness lifestyle expertise, and group coaching capability. They should have a strong presence and the ability to create a meaningful impact at scale. Diverse experience and knowledge in classical dance movement forms will be highly valued. Women and ex-service personnel will be given preference. We look for “SWANS: – Smart, Work hard, Ambitious & Nice.”
Compensation Package:
You will receive an attractive stipend during the 90-day apprenticeship leading to certification. After the initial 90-day period, you will be offered an employment contract with a growing compensation package. This certificate program provides on-the-job experience and includes a free certification course. Obtaining the UF L1 certification for coaches will enhance your credentials.
Assessment & Programs:
UF Index is a pioneering mind-body-energy measure forming a trigger for long-term change. The UF Index is integrated as a pre- and post-measure in programs, enabling practical impact assessment for individuals and organizations.
Bhramari™ : India’s first CSR-based mind-body fitness program. It combines ancient and modern techniques to empower women in our forces. Past projects include police officers, Anti-Terror Commando Unit (Garuda Force), women home guards, and IPS officers of Karnataka State Police and Bangalore City Police.
Urja™: A groundbreaking lifestyle program for school students, promoting agility and calmness. All programs incorporate curated music.
Chardi Kala: Tailored for civil aviation – pilots and cabin crew.
Urja for Seniors: Catering to the wellness of senior citizens.
Certifications:
Urja for Teachers: A certification program designed for educators.
Urja for PTIs – Tailored for physical education teachers to expand their capability and awareness.
UF L1 for coaches is an apprenticeship certification program that provides a clearly defined path toward a long-term career in lifestyle coaching.
Our certification curriculum is designed to help individuals build a strong foundation in The Anchor Practice™ (TAP) through 9 essential building blocks. The goal is to create new neural pathways to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. Our coaches are highly respected ambassadors of TAP who engage in cutting-edge work, including coaching and partnering with law enforcement, police, and paramilitary forces.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic CSR Manager to join our team(Bangalore-based). As a CSR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement our CSR strategies, focusing on fundraising, managing relationships with corporate partners, and developing practical proposals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong passion for making a positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising and Donor Management:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support CSR initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and corporate sponsors.
- Organize fundraising campaigns and events.
2. Corporate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.
- Work together with businesses to develop CSR programs that align with our goals and their corporate values.
- Act as a liaison between our organization and corporate entities.
3. Proposal Development:
- Create compelling proposals for CSR initiatives.
- Ensure proposals align with our organization’s objectives and potential donors’ interests.
- Monitor and report on the status of proposals.
4. Program Management:
- Oversee the implementation of CSR projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate CSR initiatives and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on the progress of CSR activities for senior management.
- Represent the organization at CSR-related events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CSR, fundraising, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of CSR practices and principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write compelling proposals and reports.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders.

Role Description
We are seeking a part-time, remote Public Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in crafting press releases, managing public relations and media outreach, and strategizing communications. Your efforts will position UFA Foundation as a vanguard in the health and wellness industry, particularly in our focus areas of law enforcement and community well-being.
Responsibilities
- Draft and disseminate impactful press releases
- Develop and implement targeted PR campaigns
- Engage proactively with media outlets and journalists
- Coordinate interviews and press events
- Monitor and report on media coverage, including key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in press releases, public relations, and media relations
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
- Robust relationship-building and networking abilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms and metrics
